Artist Bio
-
Washington-based artist Bill Rades (born Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1943) creates paintings and prints. He served as a professor of painting, drawing, design, and contemporary art at Pierce College in Tacoma, Western Washington and chair of the Art Department from 1985-2005. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin. He also served as Visiting Professor of Art, Oregon State University from 1972-74.
