The Evergreen Art Collection (previously known as simply “The Evergreen Collection”) is a public art collection composed of works acquired through various sources of funding. This website is our intent to digitize and document The Evergreen State College Art Collection, from current condition reports to photographs dating back to the 1970's. Some artworks are missing, some have been deaccessioned (removed from the working collection), and others have been destroyed due to the deterioration of time. As we unlock more secrets and solve further mysteries with these artworks, this website will reflect the updates in our understanding of this eclectic, enigmatic collection.
