Artist Bio
-
Ray Meuse (June 14, 1929 - January 10, 2023) had a successful career as an engineer, and retired from Boeing. His passion in life though was photography. He loved the arts, and photography was his primary means of expression. He served under Washington Governor, John Spellman as the King County arts commissioner. He had a lifelong appreciation of nature and was an avid hiker and skier. He was very proud to ski into his 90's. After retiring from Boeing, he worked as a volunteer for many years at Children's Orthopedic Hospital. Virtually everywhere Ray went there was a camera with him.
