Concern: Ex-Officio Member on the Board of Trustees
Concerning the issue of the ex-officio member on the Board of Trustees, the
Coalition Board has met and continues to support the position that our
membership on the Board be autonomous. Given this, the Coalition Board
requests tha t the Board of Trustees and yourself acknowledge our membership
as autonomous. If this request cannot be acknowledged, then we will withdraw
from this matter and in no way will support the decision made by the Board
in their December 11th meeting.
